FIAR
The Field Interaction & Action Research (FIAR) department corresponds to the field interaction and innovation-coordination functions of a DIET under NCTE norms. It is responsible for maintaining the Institute's links with schools, teachers and the community, identifying ground-level problems in teaching and learning, and encouraging teachers and trainees to undertake small-scale action research to address them.
Typical activities of this department include organising field visits and school interaction programmes, documenting innovative classroom practices, and coordinating with other departments to feed field-level insights back into teacher training and curriculum planning.
புலம்சார் செயல் ஆராய்ச்சி (FIAR) துறையானது, NCTE விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் ஒரு DIET-இன் களப் பணி மற்றும் புத்தாக்க ஒருங்கிணைப்புச் செயல்பாடுகளுக்கு இணையானதாகும். பள்ளிகள், ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் சமூகத்துடன் நிறுவனத்தின் தொடர்பைப் பேணுதல், கற்பித்தல்-கற்றலில் களநிலைச் சிக்கல்களை அடையாளம் காணுதல், அவற்றைத் தீர்க்க சிறிய அளவிலான செயல் ஆராய்ச்சிகளை மேற்கொள்ள ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் பயிற்சி பெறுநர்களை ஊக்குவித்தல் ஆகியவை இத்துறையின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
களப் பயணங்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளித் தொடர்புத் திட்டங்களை ஏற்பாடு செய்தல், புத்தாக்க வகுப்பறை நடைமுறைகளை ஆவணப்படுத்துதல், களநிலைத் தகவல்களை ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி மற்றும் பாடத்திட்டத் திட்டமிடலுக்குள் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வர பிற துறைகளுடன் ஒருங்கிணைத்துச் செயல்படுதல் ஆகியவை இத்துறையின் பொதுவான செயல்பாடுகளாகும்.
