TPD
Teachers' Professional Development (TPD) refers to the in-service training programmes conducted by DIET Chennai for practising elementary school teachers in the district. These programmes are organised and coordinated by the Institute's Teacher Professional Development department, in line with the State's annual in-service training calendar.
In-service training typically covers subject-content refreshers, updated pedagogy and classroom practices, use of educational technology, and orientation on new curricular or policy initiatives. Scheduling and current sessions are reflected on the Academic Training Calendar and Current Activities pages.
ஆசிரியர் பணித்திறன் மேம்பாடு (TPD) என்பது, மாவட்டத்தில் பணியிலுள்ள தொடக்கநிலைப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்காக DIET சென்னை நடத்தும் பணியிலுள்ள பயிற்சித் திட்டங்களைக் குறிக்கிறது. இத்திட்டங்கள் மாநிலத்தின் ஆண்டு பணியிலுள்ள பயிற்சி நாட்காட்டிக்கு ஏற்ப, நிறுவனத்தின் ஆசிரியர் பணித்திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறையால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டு ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்படுகின்றன.
பணியிலுள்ள பயிற்சி பொதுவாக பாடப் பொருள் புதுப்பிப்புகள், புதுப்பித்த கற்பித்தல் முறைகள் மற்றும் வகுப்பறை நடைமுறைகள், கல்வித் தொழில்நுட்பப் பயன்பாடு, புதிய பாடத்திட்ட அல்லது கொள்கை முன்முயற்சிகள் குறித்த நோக்குநிலைப் பயிற்சி ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கியிருக்கும். திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் தற்போதைய அமர்வுகள் பயிற்சி நாட்காட்டி மற்றும் தற்போதைய செயல்பாடுகள் பக்கங்களில் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன.
